30 Day Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Warranty on all Deebo products.

Due to the nature of our products being medical products that are inserted into the ear, we cannot accept returns. 

To exchange your damaged product, you have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to make an exchange of any damaged goods. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for exchange.

Return shipping is free within the United States and the product must be returned to us unaltered within 30 days after our receipt of your notification that you'd like to make an exchange.
